| A deep research on vehicle’s electronic injection and ignition control system has been done by applying D2P(From Development to Production)quickly development platform.It’s proved this kind of controlling method can finish the development of vehicle’s electronic system in a short time both from the experience process and results.Not only knowing the relative structure and working ways of engine’s ignition and injection system,but also doing a lot strategy research on its working conditions,at firstly,based on average ignition method,it built a mathematic and simulated model of gasoline direct injection(GDI)engine’s injection and ignition system.At the mean time it’s been proved its validity of this model.Then it used more time on the goals and strategies of stability condition、idol speed condition and full working condition.In order to achieve a good result of fuel consumption and exhausted gas,for stability condition,it applied an open and closing loop control strategy,which means it can find basic injection info from injection MAP in open loop and use PI(D)control method provided by EGO massages to achieve a theoretical air fuel(A/F)rate in closing loop.For idol speed condition,it applied a double closing loop control strategy,which putting lively speed info to Fuzzy-PID controller,then it can control idol side door to keep the stability of idol speed.On another hand,using A/F rate feedback info to control injection.Finally is full working condition,for a better power and exhausted gas,an open loop control strategy was used,means that using injection MAP and starting Second-Injection to keep the A/F rate between 12 and 13.5.After making sure all the strategies and methods it built relative simulation method then did some simulated experience which has proved their availability.Finally,a D2 P experience platform was built including speed sensor,oxygen sensor,throttle flap block,injection block,ignition block,ECM-0565-128,then translate related SIMULINK models to MotoHawk models,finally completed all the process of code coming,compiling,transforming and finished this Semi-Physical simulation experience. |
