Gasoline generating set is small, cheaperand easy to operate. It is widely applied in many fields. The speed govemoris an important part of the engine because its performance directly influences the quality of generator, the power, economy and emission performance. Using electronic speed governors instead of mechanism ones on gasoline generating set can greatly improve the speed stability and quality. So it is of important significance to study the speed control strategy on small gasoline generating set.On the basisofresearchbackground, the paperproposed a speed control strategy on small gasoline generatorbased on D2P Mo to hawk. Firstly, it established mathematicalmodelof electronic throttle system, including following parts:direct-current dynamo, electronic throttle body and control system. Then kinetic equation of electronic throttle system is established. Simulation model was built by Matlab/Simulink It analyzed the system dynamic performance of different load ing/unload ing input. The paper used D2P Mo to hawk to achieve the speed control strategy, includes sensor, data transmission, process and execution block. And the paper does a hardware-in the-loop simuktionone lectronic thro ttle syste m.The result of experiment shows that it is easy to achieve transplantation on D2P Mo to hawk platform. PID algorithm is stable and reliable, Its three parameters are easy to set. The control strategy in this papercan achieve precisely controlon electronic throttle systems. D2P Mo to hawk is helpful to shorten the development time and is of ro bustne ss. The study has practical value.
