In the international market, the use frequency of air suspension is very high, especially in Europe and the United States and other developed countries. In our country although the air suspension most used in passenger cars or buses in recent years, and the growth rate is faster and faster, but so far, only 20%?30% of the vehicles, and only 1%?5% commercial vehicle are using it. Because of the development of the domestic commercial vehicle market and commercial vehicle related configuration facilities in the past two years, the requirements of passengers and drivers are increasing, commercial vehicles can not only consider the carrying capacity and reliability, maneuverability and driving safety performance is attracting more and more attention, and as the key parts that affect the vehicle steering performance, the improvement of suspension system is very important; In this project, we will research the best way to combine electronically controlled air suspension technology with the mature commercial vehicle products configure leaf spring, and verifies the validity of the control strategy and operation, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of commercial vehicle products, expand the overseas market. The main contents of this project include:1.Study the type and working principle of the suspension system and their respective advantages and disadvantages, at the same time combine the current industry trend and our national policy, to analyze the future development trend of the commercial vehicle suspension system, and make the research direction.2.In order to further improve the stability and safety of the air suspension, we must study the dynamic performance of the traction bar, in order to achieve this goal we use the ADAMS dynamic analysis software to help develop the optimal layout scheme of traction bar, by doing this, we can save the development cost and improve the efficiency,3. Through the objective control stability test, we can validate the vehicle performance and comparison the results between benchmark target product and our own vehicle, if the vehicle's handling and longitudinal and security ability is greatly improved after the matching of the air suspension.
