| Vehicle stability control system is an important research direction in active safety field of modern vehicle engineering.Electronic Stability Control System(hereinafter referred to as the ESC system)based on anti-lock braking system and traction control system,is made as a new kind of active safety control system.For the vehicle in the low-adhesion road or sharp turn at high speed,the system will reduce the large number of dangerous situations for the vehicle of lateral adhesion saturation such as sideways,skidding and rollover,thereby improving the operational stability and driving safety of the vehicle.Therefore,along with the people to the vehicle safe driving request gradually enhances,the research to the ESC control system has the vital significance.This paper firstly introduces the research background and significance of ESC system,the development history and present situation of ESC system at home and abroad,and the working principle and function of ESC system;Combined with domestic and foreign automobile ESC system control theory and experimental results,the vehicle dynamics simulation model was established by MATLAB/Simulink software,including two degrees of freedom reference model,seven degrees of freedom vehicle actual model and tire model.The hydraulic system model of ESC system is established by AMESim software,including brake master cylinder model,brake wheel cylinder model,pre pressing unit model,etc.Secondly,by analyzing the motion characteristics of vehicle dynamics,selected to yaw rate and centroid lateralization angle as the control variable.Using the traditional direct yaw control(DYC)strategy,the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PI controller was designed,to realize the dynamic stability control of the yaw moment.ESC hydraulic system solenoid valve and motor control using PID,which effectively control the wheel wheel cylinder target pressure.The control system is divided into two sub-control layer,the upper controller mainly corrects the vehicle yaw moment,the lower controller outputs the target wheel cylinder pressure.Then the S-function is used to link the vehicle dynamics model and hydraulic system model,and after setting up the joint simulation environment,we can go for simulation study.Finally,through the simulation experiment including Step Steer Test,Single Lane Change Test and Fishhook experiment.It verifies the accuracy of the model and the real-time and effectiveness of the integrated control strategy for vehicle stability control.In addition,this article also has carried out the design and implementation of the project of the ESC experiment system.In accordance with the ESC real car test data of the Bosch Company,the ESC experiment system platform designed successfully repeats the ESC function in the DLC experiment and RING experiment,good for the system of ESC research. |
