The collector is an important part of the third rail current system,which obtains the current through the close contact between the shoegear and the power supply rail for vehicle power supply.The maximum speed of current domestic urban rail vehicles are mainly 80km/h,and there is no research on the third rail current collector of urban rail vehicles at high speed 120km/h.Taking Guangzhou subway line fourteen subway vehicle collector as a research object,the author established the dynamics model of the third rail current system,and studied the influence of different factors on the current collection quality of the third rail current collection system at the speed of 120km/h.This paper applied the ANSYS finite element analysis of the collector for static analysis and modal analysis,and calculated the deformation of the third rail under pre-loading.The results show that the swing arm is more prone to elastic deformation compared to other parts,and the deformation of the third rail is much less than the installation tolerance.Considering the factors of easy deformation of the swing arm,the third rail and other structures are regarded as rigid body,so the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model of the third rail current system is established in ADAMS/view.Considering the influence of track irregularity on the vibration of the collector,the vehicle-track model is established and simulated in ADAMS/Rail.The vibration response of the collector on bogie frame of the vehicle is obtained,as the collector base of the vertical excitation.Based on the M-B fractal contact theory,the contact stiffness between the shoegear and the third rail is defined.So far,the author has established a complete rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the third rail current collection system.By analyzing the influence of the vehicle speed,spring stiffness,the elastic modulus of swing arm,the quality of shoegear and the contact stiffness between the shoegear and the third rail on this model,the vibration response of the shoegear to the dynamic contact force and the vertical displacement are obtained.In light of the current research results of current collection quality on catenary wire and combining with the third rail current collection characteristics,the paper chose the maximum value,minimum value,average value,amplitude,standard deviation and off-line rate of the dynamic contact force and the vertical displacement of the shoegear such parameters as the current quality evaluation index.The author analyzed and evaluated the current quality of the three rail current system under the influence of different factors.The results show that lower vehicle speed and smaller shoegear quality,the appropriate range of spring stiffness and elastic modulus of the swing arm,within a certain range of contact stiffness between shoegear and the third rail,can stabilize the dynamic contact force and vertical displacement of the shoegear,improve contact state between shoegear and third rail.It has a certain reference value for improving the quality of current collection.
