With the growing urban population and the increasing urban area, the early suburb commuting railway cannot satisfy the growth of trip demand, so the form of regional express rail transit appeared. Airport fast road line is a special form of regional rail transit. Some airport is far away from downtown, after the train pulled out in the densely populated city, the need to speed to the airport, so as to ensure competitive compared with other forms of transport. These properties have special demands for the traction power supply system. The power supply mode such as AC 25kV and DC 1500V are widely used in domestic traction power supply system. Both of them have deficiencies when they are used in regional express rail transit. For example, AC mode requires longer safety insulation distance, and in DC mode the power supply arm of one traction substation is short. Therefore, it has great significance in studying the choice of traction power supply mode for regional rail transit.AC 25kV and DC 1500V traction power supply system are adopted in domestic rail transit, and there are the transit line combined with the experience of the two formats in abroad. In regional rail transit planning line of DC, AC and double system three kind of traction power supply scheme, the text analysis of traction power supply system are discussed four related factors, the regional planning line of each key technical problems that exist in the power supply scheme were put forward.Thesis analyzes key problem existing in power supply scheme of regional express rail line. DC mode rail line runs in a low speed. Thesis analyzes Pantograph-catenary arcing relevant data collected from urban railway system and discusses that the improvement of running velocity intensifies arcing power and influences vehicle safe operation. As simple chain suspension catenary and pantograph-catenary coupling motion model has been built, pantograph-catenary dynamic contact stress can be generated through ANSYS simulate software. Then the effect of quality of the pantograph head toward contact pressure and quality of current-collection were analyzed. In addition, the result of contact pressure and quality of current-collection using AC and DC pantograph in ANSYS simulate model with speed set as 160km/h were compared. According to the basic theory of current feeding and earthing, rail potential distribution regularity and characteristic for different traction power supply system is deduced, and combining with the real train operating experience, standard separation zone of dual power supply solutions on line interval were designed. Locomotive were controlled to complete electrical ground system switching action by magnet, the article designed three kinds of dual drive train system configuration and switching scheme.Transportation convenience, system reliability and economy are concluded as three basic principles of city rail transit traction power supply system selection, then compare the three city planning line traction power supply schemes with the three principles. At last, two preferred schemes, AC system and double-system, of city planning line are given.
