Design And Implementation Of Information Coding System For Aviation Enterprises

With the reform of enterprises and development of informatization,the data supporting the operation of enterprises will become the precious treasure.With the continuous improvement on level of enterprise informatization and the rapid increment on the amount of data in enterprises,data mining is an indispensable capability to develop the enterprise informatization and is key to the development of enterprise informatization.Information classification and coding technology acting as basic support for data plays an increasing important role in information work.The quality of information classification and coding technology has direct effect on the integration efficiency of enterprise informatization system,which affects the informatization data management in enterprise..Based on the current situation of information coding management in aviation industry,the thesis presents the importance and significance to implement information coding management and puts forward an idea to construct and implement the information coding management system according to the actual demands for the development of enterprise informatization.The thesis designs the information coding system in aviation enterprise based on J2 EE technology and the application of B/S development mode.Demands concerning business,system function and system integration are planned based on the investigation and analysis on the current status of information coding system in aviation industry during the analysis phase.System development is undertaken based on the demands and the function modules including coding standard system,automatic coding management,system configuration and management,enterprise code configuration and management,exit system are arranged.The system can achieve the automatic coding with the introduction of associated approaches concerning standardization management and application of key technologies such as flexible definition of coding rules,procedure design based on the procedure template and key technology including automatic fuzzy duplicate checking on codes.Finally,the thesis presents wide and good application of the technology with the popularization of the measures such as clearing and importing the data of information coding and establishment of system operation.It is deserved to be popularized and applied because of the good prospect for application.
