Development And Application Of General Aviation Unsafe Incident Information System

Safety is the foundation and guarantee for sustainable development of general aviation.With the rapid development of general aviation,and due to the diversity of general aviation model and the bad operating environment characteristics,there are more and more unsafe events in general aviation,and the frequency of unsafe incidents is higher.Through the system of general aviation safety management,we know that it must be able to collect reliable,large and real unsafe information quickly and in time,whether it is the formulation of safety management regulations and policies,or the implementation of safety assessment and policy,or the mutual exchange of safety management between all levels and all parts safety management departments.However,the information system of General Aviation Company unsafe events still falls behind,which is far from meeting the needs of the development of general aviation industry.Some General Aviation Company even did not establish their own unsafe event information system.So it is urgently needed to build a modern general aviation information system for unsafe events.This paper focuses on the development status of unsafe incident information systems at internal and abroad,and develops general aviation unsafe incidents information system.Through the research of unsafe events,we carry out the system requirement analysis of unsafe events information system and system design.On this basis,this paper uses the B/S architecture,the SQL Server2008 database as the backstage database,and the MyEclipse integrated development platform to realize the specific design of the system.According to this system,the general aviation unsafe events collected are statistically analyzed from four aspects of event time,cause of the incident,operation type and flight stage,and preventive measures are put forward.The development and application of this system will help reduce the occurrence of general aviation unsafe incidents.It has a certain significance for improving general aviation safety management.
