At present,China's economic development has entered a new normal, the speed of economic growth changed from the rapid growth into the medium-high economic growth.Along with the advancement of industrialization, informationization, urbanization, marketization, there is still a large market demand for hazardous chemicals, and China has become the wor-ld's second largest country in producing and using hazardous chemicals. In this case, the logistics demand for hazardous chemicals grows rapidly, followed by the frequent occurrence of dangerous chemicals logistics security incidents, bringing tremendous losses to the country and society. As the backbone of modern comprehensive traffic transportation system, the railway assume important responsibility in hazardous chemicals transportation. In mid 1980s,China's railway transport capacity was tight, many large enterprises had to purchase shipper owned railway wagons to meet their own needs, shipper owned railway wagons have become the main vehicle for railway transportation of hazardous chemical materials in the past more than 20 years. It is one of the key tasks for the railway department to select a reasonable transportation route and ensure the safety of the transportation of hazardous chemicals. Therefore, the research of transport path selection of shipper owned railway wagons hazardous chemicals is meaningful for improving the safety management level of railway transportation of dangerous goods, enhancing the economic benefit of railway, constructing the green, environmental and sustainable development environment. On the balis of research projects of China Railway Corporation, this dissertation makes a systematic study on the transportation route selection of the hazardous chemicals transportation of the shipper owned railway wagons through field investigation and summary analysis. The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on summarizing the current development of China's hazardous chemicals industry, combined with the actual situation of railway transportation, this dissertation elaborates the development of the shipper owned railway wagons transportation of hazardous chemicals;outlines the basic method for the path selection problem, combined with the characteristics of railway car, analyses the railway car.Goods transport path selection of influence factors and the general process.(2)Analyses the method of measuring the safety risk of hazardous chemicals transportation route.Combines with conditional probability, binomial distribution, the hypergeometric distribution theory, determines the leakage accident rate calculation method of shipper owned railway wagons.Puts forward measurement of shipper owned railway wagons hazardous chemicals transportation safety risk form personnel safety risk and environmental security risk.(3)Uses improved linearity weighted methods to deal with the different dimension and order of magnitude of different objective functions for multi-objective programming.Builds double objective model of shipper owned railway wagons hazardous chemicals transportation route selection, and objectives are minimum generalized cost and minimum safety risk.(4)Based on Shenyang Railway Bureau network, takes liquid chlorine transport path selection for case study.Adopts the improved linear weighted method for multi-objective model, then uses optimization software GAMS to solve the model, demonstrates the availability and effectiveness of path selection scheme. Finally, under the condition of the transportation route has been determined, the dissertation puts forward some measures to reduce the risk of transportation of hazardous chemicals.
