Nowadays,as the member of static traffic system,parking has become a prominent problem.It has seriously affected the health and sustainable development of urban road traffic system.On-street parking is the effective way to balance the urban parking supply and demand due to its flexibility and convenience.Nevertheless,on-street parking occupies the road resources,reduces traffic efficiency and traffic accidents.Besides,on-street parking may have a significate influence on non-motor vehicle,which close to on-street parking strip.The non-motor vehicle,which is the vulnerable group in road traffic system,usually has been little interested in.On-street parking would increase the risk in mixed traffic flow if the bicycle lane invaded.A field survey was designed to investigate the characteristics of the non-motor vehicle and on-street parking.And then we studied the lateral position distribution between motor vehicle and non-motor vehicle.Based on lateral position,we found the three route choices ofthe non-motor vehicle.In order to explore the factors affecting the three route choices of the non-motor vehicle,we built a logistic model with SPSS(?).Combined with the traffic conflict technology,the vehicle trajectory of entering and exiting the parking space was detailed.Finally,the advice was provided to regulate the on-street parking,which will improved the safety of non-motor vehicles.
