Research On Traceability System Of EMU Important Components

Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,more and more EMU were put into operation because of the rapid development of high-speed railway,while the number and types of EMU parts were also increased.Some parts will have a direct impact on rail traffic safety under the influence of high speeding,we call these EMU components are important parts.To a certain extent,the extremely serious accidents will be happened if these important parts fails during the operation of the EMU.Therefore,research on quality traceability of EMU important parts with the whole supply chain is of great significance for improving the quality management of the EMU important parts as well as ensuring the safety of the train operation.This paper analyzed the supply chain traceability system of important parts of EMU,and put forward the system objectives,tasks,principles,requirements and factor analysis.In the context of China Railway Corporation as the main operation of the system,the retroactive flows of EMU important parts were divided into three categories which were straight-through traceability flow,external-reflux traceability flow and internal and external reflux traceability flow,with the different supply chain processes of EMU important parts.Based on the function of the independent procurement of Railway Bureaus,external-reflux traceability flow was selected to design the traceability system of EMU important parts.So,the paper firstly designed the EMU important parts traceability system and expounded the subsystems.Then,the total information platform,tracing technology,user rights and coding management of the EMU important parts traceability system were designed.In a word,it is innovative to manage the quality traceability of the EMU important parts with building the traceability system,which is based on the supply chain management and information technologies.
