Research On Supply Chain Risk Identification And Control Of Small And Medium Parts Enterprises

In the information age,the speed of product update iterations has accelerated.As a new type of management mode,supply chain management emphasize system coordination efficiency,which makes enterprises more competitive.However,it also brings more risks to the enterprise.the essence of the supply chain is a dynamic alliance,which has the characteristics of complex system operation links,many uncertain factors,diversification of participating entities and large geographical distribution span.Especially for small and medium-sized parts and components companies that are in a weak position in the supply chain,lack of resources and insufficient management experience are more vulnerable to supply chain risks.Therefore,this article selects small and medium-sized parts and components companies as the object of research,and provides decision-making suggestions for supply chain risk identification and control from the perspective of the overall supply chain system.First of all,this article starts with the analysis of the operation structure and operation characteristics of small and medium-sized parts companies supply chain.By summing up the previous research results on the classification of supply chain risks,we choose three identification dimensions to analyze the risk incentives of small and medium-sized parts and components companies,which are internal supply chain uncertainty,external supply chain uncertainty,and inter-enterprise relationship uncertainty.And identified nine core risk indicators,namely demand risk,supply risk,logistics risk,production risk,financial risk,information risk,external environment risk,supply chain structure risk and cooperation relationship risk.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of the supply chain of small and medium-sized parts companies,the nine major risks and their main risk influencing factors are analyzed in various dimensions.Secondly,this paper considers the characteristics of supply chain risk transferability and relevance,adopts the method of system dynamics to conduct risk assessment.By analyzing the causality between different risk factors and the logical relationship between variables,on this basis establish a system dynamics simulation model.Thirdly,taking TH company as an example research object,identifying key risk factors of TH company’s supply chain based on the results of the model operation,adding risk prevention impact variables to the model,and through sensitivity analysis,observe the change law of the overall risk level of the supply chain after adopting the same risk prevention resource investment for each risk factor,thereby identifying the risk factors that are more sensitive to risk prevention.Finally,according to the assessment results and TH company’s supply chain management status,give its supply chain risk control strategy recommendations.
