The Design Of CHR Repair Parts Supply Chain Management System

Speed is people's objective for a long time. The sixth china railway's speed-increasing started on April 18, 2007 00:00 Am. One hundred and forty CHRs with the speed of more than 200 km/h are running in our country. China's railway entered into a new history era. The high speed dream of China's railway became true. CHR which has advanced level in the world not only promotes the advancement of railway's manufacture technology but also has great impression on the related management affairs. Top-ranking technology must bring top-ranking management. In order to make sure that CHR can operate safely and costless, using the contemporary logistics and supply chain management is an effective method.Because the situation of repair parts used in the CHR's maintenance is complexity, for example, the number is great, the price is high, the suppliers's situation is complex ,the repair district is abroad and many repair parts need to be imported in a certain time. Hence, designing a supply chain management mode and progress of the repair parts is urgency. One of the key points is "procure-supply-application". It is needed to establish a supply chain system which must match CHR's operation and our country's actual situations, it is also needed to be economic and scientific.This thesis focuses on the design of the CHR supply chain management system adaptive to the national situations of China, whose most work is presented in the following aspects.(1) Use the experiences of foreign countries for reference and analyze the situation of our country, propose the strategy of establishing CHR repair parts supply chain management.(2) Use the set covering model,prior consideration of the repair base model and supply-distribute model based time and transportation mode to design the CHR repair parts distribution network. Compare the three models and determine the best method.(3) Design the procurement and supply mode of repair parts using the improved transportation model to solve the special situation in the progress of distribution. Use the methods of ABC and AHP to classify the repair parts. Simulate the inventory system in Arena and get the best inventory strategy.
