The railway mineral transportation has the characteristics of all-weather,large transport volume,and environmentally-friendly,which plays an important role in the development of mineral transportation.However,the traditional signal system for railway mineral transportation is at a very low automation level,reducing the operational efficiency of the mineral transport system.In recent years,with the development of new technologies,such as wireless communication and satellite positioning,it become possible to construct a fully automatic unattended train operation system applied in mineral transportation system.Based on the successful experience of unattended technology research in passenger train,it is of great practical significance to study the emergent treatment technology of unattended mineral train under the system failure state,combining with the feature of mineral transportation system.This thesis proposes a scheme of remote emergent control(REO),drawing on a mineral transport line in Australia with the characteristics of long distance,single line operation and unattended train operation,based on the existing system architecture of CBTC.On this basis,the system hardware architecture and the software design of the core function of the system are completed,and the reliability analysis is carried out.Finally,a simulation test environment is built to verify the main function of the system.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,based on the existing system architecture of CBTC operational control,this thesis proposes overall scheme of REO system.Secondly,the hardware architecture of REO system is designed,and the reliability and security of the system is analyzed under the modeling of the vehicle control unit based on the Markov theory.Thirdly,the design of the core function software for the REO system is completed,including the software module of the vehicle control unit and the central remote control unit.Finally,the prototype of REO system is developed and the simulation and verification environment is built.On that basis,by testing the main function of the system under the laboratory condition,the thesis has verified the effectiveness of the REO system of mineral transport.
