Evacuated tube transportation (ETT)will be the solution of exhaustion of natural resources, it should be a reliable transportation in the further. The foundation of evacuated tube maglev train system will be:to set the high temperature super-conduct maglev train on the permanent magnet railway which have been pump into the vacuum condition in the enclosed tube, and assemble the linear motor under the railway, because of getting rid of mechanical friction resistance and the restriction of aerodynamic drag owing to the maglev train’s high speed.Besides, this transportation will not subject to the climate affect as well. The maglev train could transfer in numbers of the speeds as aircraft. On the one hand, the evacuated tube maglev train systems take us into the period of high speed. At the same time, leaving the immense challenge---the emergent rescue system of evacuated tube maglev train system.This paper have introduced the basic theory of vacuum tube maglev train system and aerodynamic drag based on Navier-Stokes equation and k-ε double equation turbulent model of2D, viscous, stable and compressible fluid, the aerodynamic drag of high-speed train and the fluid around the vehicle in evacuated tube are simulated by using the finite volume numerical simulation software FLUENT, and the simulation results are analyzed in this paper.By analyzing the simulation results of situation though changing the degree of vacuum, the block ratio which between the train and the tube and the speed of the maglev train, to find the impact from these three factors contribute to the aerodynamic drag basic on Fluent moving mesh finite volume method。Owing to emergency rescue service of existence transportation,in this paper the author has raise three reliable emergency rescue proposals, established the model of mathematic and physical, then finished the analyze of mathematic, analyzed the reliability of the emergency rescue proposals,and obtained the final conclusion.
