The transmission depth of superimposed stress on foundation due to stocking large-area mineral ore is especially deep and slowly converges, when mineral ore stockyard is in operation, it will arise large superimposed stress on stockyard foundation and even deep foundation. Further more, it will meet series questions if the stockyard is proposed to be built on soft foundation, such as foundation stability and settlement etc., therefore it requires complete ground treatment as well as large treatment depth.According to different geology of the Majishan Mineral Ore stockyard and characteristics of the project, Designer adopts dynamic replacement method, deep plastic sheet plus short vibro-replacement stone pile method and plastic sheet plus preloading method for different sub-areas, through grading stock measure during operation to achieve ground treatment aim, and make foundation treatment construction be easy, convenient and cost reasonable. For stone backfilling area, adopt dynamic replacement method, which simultaneously has dynamic consolidation effect. Check effective treatment depth of dynamic technique and dynamic consolidation effect through dynamic replacement test. Based on the test results, calculate and analyze foundation slide stability and settlement. For original soft soil area at beach, adopt driving deep plastic sheet plus short vibro-replacement stone pile method to avoid uneconomical full depth composite foundation, which is economic and reasonable and not only meets the usage requirement of high concentrative load, but solve slide stability of deep foundation..For trail foundation of loading/unloading machine, adopt driving plastic sheet plus grade preloading control to ensure foundation stability during construction period. Analyze treatment depth, over preload height and preloading time to meet the requirement of settlement control.
