| With the increasing development of science and technology innovation,the construction and maintenance of electric power system also needs to keep up with the times.The new science and technology will be applied to the fresh practice,to solve some problems encountered in the project.In the past,in the constructions of HV or EHV power transmission lines spreading guide rope,often encounter some troubles like crossing complex terrain,living area,cash crops and so on.Subsequently they have to face a huge amount of financial reparation,and the delays caused by external consultations.These seriously affect the construction cost and schedule.So improving the spread guiding rope construction technique has been the direction of electric power system.This paper describes several existing well known spread guiding rope technology,analyzes and summarizes the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of these species of spread guiding rope construction technique,and then try to use advanced aircraft with the wireless communication system to replace the device of spreading guiding rope technique,complete the setting operation via remote wireless remote control.According to characteristics of several mainstream UAV,using modified aircraft based on eight-rotor aircraft M8 for this experiment.Firstly research the wireless communication technology of M8 eight-rotor aircraft,analyze FASST-2.4G 7 channel(FASST-2.4G 7-ch)and multi-channel(Multi-ch)of in T8 FG remote control,and then determine the R6208 SB wireless receiver and S.BUS wireless protocol for controlling the devices of eight-rotor aircraft spreading guiding rope.In the design of wireless communication system which used for aircraft spreading guiding rope,when R6208 SB wireless receiver receives the decoupling signal which transmitted from T8 FG remote control,the signal will be transmitted to the signal modulation chip of servo,it will obtain a DC bias voltage,and then get the voltage difference by comparing the DC bias voltage with internal potentiometer.Output the voltage difference to the motor driver chip for realizing electronic plug opening and guiding rope falling.In consideration of the effect of communication,body weight,rope toughness,delivery accuracy and other factors,dawning up a corresponding construction processes and security solutions for the eight-rotor aircraft.After repeated experiments,induces the best weight scheme,and using the reformed eight-rotor aircraft into practical application of the Zhong Lv 220 k V substation line(outside the fence)project.The results were compared with the past,fully verified the safety,efficiency and economy of the technology in this paper,and finally formed the craft of eight-rotor aircraft spreading guiding rope,it has been recognized by the State Grid Corporation,and to conduct a comprehensive promotion. |
