The shrapnel is diffusely applied in military field as a sort of weapon based on high technology. The damage effect of aerial bomb equipped with shrapnel will be greatly strengthened when used for blocking aerodrome. At present, the technology of setting bomblet fuze is immature. This paper makes researches on the technology of setting numerous bomblet fuzes wirelessly at the background of ameliorating aerial-bomb fuze. These researches are on the basis of the technology of digital fuze.Firstly, the technology of setting digital random signals was proposed. That is to say, set the dispenser fuze with a range of time, then the dispenser fuze will produce a set of random numbers in this range, and then these numbers will be transmitted to each bomblet fuze wirelessly in the form of digital signals. The bomblets will be detonated according to these numbers that denote time info. Secondly, a super-close distance multi-point wireless data transmission system is designed on the basis of the technology of setting digital random signals.In this system, single-chip microcomputer of Atmega8515 is used as the main control equipment, radio frequency chips of MICRF102&MICRF007 are used as transceiver, and keyboard and LED display are used as the equipments of man-machine conversation. The system model is established first and then the wireless channel of this system is simulated and analyzed by SystemView software. After the acccomplishment of the system hardware circuit design, the system software is designed by way of modular programming. By way of programming for the serial interface of Atmega8515, a communication protocol which ensures wireless communication reliability is established and the super-close distance multi-point wireless communication is carried out sucessfully.The new method of setting bomblet fuze of shrapnel proposed in this paper can achieve anticipant purpose and it offers definite reference value to the farther research of the technology of setting bomblet fuze of shrapnel.
