The Research Of Construction Entrprise Safety Management Based On Game Theory

Construction enterprises are facing safety management problem, which is a prominent problem blocking up the abidance of national economy stabilizes growth. Strengthen building safety management can promote the development of construction industry, and also can promote the development of harmonious society. Although our country has payed high attention to the safety management, relevant departments have adopted countermeasures and measures about safety management, but construction safety management accident still occur frequently. After reading a mass of literatures and doing extensive research, this thesis make a deep study about the construction safety management present situation, the existence problems and management methods.The first part of this paper introduces the thesis research background, purpose and meaning. Based on reading and summarizing the domestic and foreign relevant literature on construction safety management research, the organizational structure, research methods and some innovations of this paper is determined. This part also introduces the related concepts and involved the basic knowledge related to this paper.The second part of this paper analyzes the status of construction safety management in our country, and to our country building safety management of government, construction company and discusses the relationship among government, construction companies and employee. It comes to two contradictions - the contradiction between government and construction company, the contradiction between the company and the employees. This section puts forward problems in the building construction industry safety management, such as the imperfect legal system of construction, the low level of safety management, the troubled safety regulatory body system, an efficient mechanism of the estimate of construction safety management, the unobvious status of insurance companies in the management of supervision, problems brought out by the contractors in performing their duties of safety management, problems brought out by the owners in performing duties of safety management, and so on.The third part of this paper sets up an evolutionary game theory model of the government and construction companies on safety management, finishes the stability analysis on it, and some results are obtained.The fourth part of this paper sets up an evolutionary principal-agent model of the employees and construction companies on safety management. Through the extended model, this part obtained the game results between the company and the employees on the safety management.The fifth part of this article makes the proposal for the construction safety management’s improvement from the aspects of government, construction management departments and construction companies through analyzing of construction safety management and building the model on construction safety management. It is hoped that the level of construction safety management would be constantly improved.The last part is the conclusion of the paper. The whole paper is summarized, and the outlook for further research is proposed in this part.The research will provide technique references to government and construction enterprises of safety management by providing some countermeasures and suggestions The research can also enhance the management level of safety management in the construction industry in our country, help construction enterprises to form the core competitiveness, and promote the integrated ability of construction enterprises.
