Equipment is the basis of the production and acquiring the benefits for manufacturing enterprises.A scientific and reasonable equipment maintenance scheme can improve the labor productivity,ensure product delivery time,reduce product manufacturing costs,and further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.As equipment maintenance involves many aspects,such as maintenance costs,production loss,maintenance mode and so on,it is a important problem for enterprise management.Firstly,three different common maintenance models are discussed,that are reliability centered model,cost centered model and availability centered model.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the current research situation of the three maintenance models,points out the problems existing in the process of equipment maintenance modeling are pointed out,and the research emphases and objectives are put forward.Theory and methods used in this paper are introduced,involving in RCM,characteristic quantity,failure model and failure regular.Secondly,the maintenance model is divided into preventive maintenance and after maintenance,the premise condition of equipment maintenance model is discussed,and a minimum cost model of preventive maintenance and preventive replacement are built.On this basis,an equipment maintenance model is put forward,which combines production tasks and equipment availability.For solving the proposed model of equipment maintenance based on mission availability effectively,an improved hybrid algorithm and soling steps are proposed,which combines genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm.The hybrid algorithm offers a theoretical support for solving the maintenance model.Finally,taking a cam production line in an engine company as the research objects,a reliability block diagram of cam production line is constructed,and a maintenance model based on the production tasks availability is built.The improved hybrid algorithm combined genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm is applied to solve the maintenance model.The results of the optimized maintenance scheme proves the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm proposed,which provides a theory and decision foundation for making maintenance plan for the cam production line.
