| This paper advanced the method that evaluate the Efficiency of warship maintain system by mission availability, and analyzes the influence when optimize the maintain resource and policy.This paper introduces the development of viewpoints that the relation between the device reliability and its server's ages, and the development of maintain policies what depend on those viewpoints. On the other hand, this paper introduces the research and application of maintain policies what are used by USA navy after Second World War, sums up the use experiences of maintain policy. At the end, this paper establishes the mission availability model of a formation of auxiliary ship, 12 main devices and 4 design mission be selected to simulate the run cycle of warship(2 years) under normal maintain policy. The Maintain Respond Delay, Spare Suffice Degree and Spare Service Delay are the three main factors which influence the efficiency of warship maintain system, this paper analyzes how to change this three factor by optimize the maintain resources, and quantify the influence by simulation. The result of simulation indicates that the Maintain Respond Delay influence the efficiency of warship maintains system strongly, and reduces the Spare Service Delay is more effect than enhance the spare storage. When we change the maintain policy and simulate the run time of warship, the result indicates that new policy can increase run time of warship about one month but does not reduce the run cycle mission availability, the commander can get more battle disposition time and training time.When maintenance resource is appropriative and the system maintenance is performed only during the breaks between two missions, this paper advances a selective maintenance policy based on mission availability. The simulation results indicate that maintenance resource's distribution scheme proved by selective maintenance policy can get higher mission availability and less influenced by the trouble equipments severity of the warship. |
