With the increasing number of highway emergencies,rescue repair in the road maintenance management has becoming more and more important,emergency maintenance station layout and its equipment configuration are the basis of rescue repair.Under the social context of scarcity of resources and promoting energy conservation,it has become an important part of highway maintenance management that how to arrange the road emergency maintenance station and configure the equipment accordingly,so that the site resources can be effectively used and the rescue repair task can be executed timely.In this paper,considering the needs of daily maintenance and emergency maintenance of the road,studied on emergency maintenance station layout and equipment configuration.The specific works are as follows:1.Analyzed the relevant basic theories of highway emergency rescue and equipment configuration.By referring to the information about the layout of emergency rescue resources,discussed the related concepts of sudden disaster and emergency rescue resources,divided the emergency resource allocation into two parts to pursue research: emergency sites selection and equipment configuration.2.Study on the layout of highway emergency maintenance station considering daily maintenance is analyzed.Firstly,the conservation station and disaster accident point are determined by the abstract express based on graph theory;Secondly,the influencing factors which affect the selection of potential emergency conservation stations are extracted,and the method base on Analytic Hierarchy Process and the theory of Quantification for potential emergency conservation stations which have been chosen from the operation of the daily maintenance stations was suggested;Finally,with the constrain of time the model of emergency maintenance station layout is established which uses the generalized maximal covering location problem,and using genetic algorithm to solve.3.The optimization model of emergency equipment configuration has been established.The influences and the level evaluation criteria of maintenance equipment are extracted,then assessing the level of the original equipment configuration in the emergency maintenance station and adjusting the maintenance equipment combine with the needs of emergency maintenance to develop the initial program configuration.Selected the economic,adaptability,technicality,coordination as the evaluating indicators,the optimal allocation scheme can be determined by using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process.4.Based on the theoretical model of highway emergency maintenance sites and equipment configuration,analyzed and optimized the selection and equipment configuration of highway emergency maintenance station in northern Shaanxi area,verified the feasibility of the research.The theoretical basis of the highway emergency maintenance management can be enriched through the research of emergency maintenance station layout and equipment configuration,in the same time,the paper can provide scientific reference for the highway rescue repair and daily management resource allocation.
