Research And Realization Of Vessel Scheduling In VTS System Based On Ant Colony Algorithm

With the rapid development of economic,China's economic trade with the rest of the world increasingly frequent,water transportation has become increasingly busy.The Vessel Traffic System has been widely used in major ports and important water areas in order to better manage the ships,prevent and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents,ensure the smooth navigation environment and improve the traffic efficiency.However,VTS technology is still monopolized by foreign enterprises.Most of the VTS port,ship report and approving are using the process of abroad,and widely adopt the principle of first-come,first-served,can not meet the needs of shipping environment.Therefore,it is imperative to study the new mode of vessel scheduling in order to reduce the waiting time and increase the port throughput.Based on the analysis and research of related research achievements at China and abroad,this paper deeply studies the mathematical model of ship dispatching,designs the vessel scheduling model with ship safety factor constraints and port tide factors.The paper also studies the influence of ships in actual marine environment,the influence of berth attributes and ship attributes onship scheduling The improved ant colony algorithm is used to obtain the optimal solution,and the ship scheduling sequence with the shortest total waiting time is obtained.The results show that the total waiting time of ships in port scheduling based on ant colony algorithm is shorter than that of the existing one.Finally,the vessel scheduling function of VTS system is realized,the process of ship dispatching is changed,the module of Hooking Plan is canceled,saved the human and material resources.In this paper,proposed a mathematical model of vessel scheduling with safety factor constraints and port tide factors..The ships' total waiting time is used as the objective function,and the improved ant colony algorithm is used to realize the automatic vessel scheduling.With this vessel scheduling function,the VTS system has Great economic benefits and safety benefits,it's conducive to the promotion and application of VTS.
