Research On The Small Apartment Space Design Based On The Transitional Needs Of Young People In Zhengzhou

In recent years,Zhengzhou was the rise of the Central Plains development.Economic development into the new normal.Promote the presence of a large number of outstanding talent,and even attract some senior intellectuals back to nest development.The majority of young people in this population.However,affected by various factors,most young people tend to live in small apartment.But,the small apartment's design is currently empty.Can not meet the urban development,the work of young people and family structure in the transitional period of residential demand.In 2016,Zhengzhou for the first time to establish two pilot small apartmentdevelopment.Is expected in the next 5 years,the completion of residential products in the new district to achieve full coverage.So,the government has solved the problems of environmental pollution caused by the high number of decoration waste,the transformation under the background of new era also find an opportunity,residents can also achieve livable design living dream.The author study on this topic in this context is more practical significance.In this paper,the needs of youth groups in the transition period mainly.And the related concepts are interpreted,a series of characteristic analysis of the target group.Through the network questionnaire,understanding of present zhengzhou youth group characteristics and their living status.All the questionnaire data information feedback,with intuitive form statistics to present research results.Secondly,this part also summarizes the design principles,and interspersed with typical cases,enrich the theoretical and practical basis of the research.Finally,the research contents and design principles are presented in the form of design cases.The author puts forward the design ideas and methods.The author hopes to provide some feasible reference for the actual space design,to improve the living environment of the youth group in the transitional period,and to make up for the shortage of the space design of the small family.
