Previous railway signal workers are relying on their extensive experience and strong technology to on-site equipment maintenance and repair.But if just rely on personal judgment,for now,the railway system is unable to meet its rapid development,so we need new technology to accelerate the progress of failure.The railway signal microcomputer monitoring system is an important traffic facility to ensure traffic safety,strengthen the signal junction device management,monitoring the quality of railway signaling equipment.The signal microcomputer monitoring system to the latest modern technology integration of sensor technology,field bus,computer network communications,database and software engineering,the real-time monitoring station information and the ability to accurately grasp the real-time dynamic station equipment provides a great help for fault analysis and information sharing.Therefore the signal microcomputer monitoring system has gradually become an integral part of the daily work of the signal workers a useful tool,but also makes the work more efficient and accurate.This thesis mainly discusses the system structure of the microcomputer monitoring system,hardware design,software and interface design and implement the system by designing the outer grid,turnouts,track circuits,and power cable insulation and leakage monitoring system alarm system.New technology is also used by the system are discussed,such as the use of intelligent acquisition boards and digital signal processing technology,increasing the control function is also enhanced anti-jamming capability.Based on the final design for failure analysis,lists a large number of real cases vividly explains the current curve for turnout start applications,through in-depth analysis for the curve to predict risk and thus achieve fast processing failure.
