With the vigorous promotion of China's railway infrastructure construction,higher requirements have been placed on railway traffic safety.As a key equipment to ensure the safety of driving,computer interlocking has a broad development prospect in the process of modernization of railway systems.By studying the interlocking relationship of railway signal equipment and the structural characteristics and hierarchical relationship of computer interlocking system,the sandbox equipment is introduced to develop a computer interlocking training system that meets the actual needs.It has a pre-job training for railway related majors and improved teaching quality.Significance.By studying the overall functional requirements of the computer interlocking system,the computer interlocking operating system and hardware circuits are designed.In the software design part,through UML modeling,build classes and analyze the relationship between classes,determine the objects that need to be created and their properties and operations;in the software development process,use Visual Studio as the development environment,abandon the traditional MFC framework The lighter Qt graphics framework is used as a development tool to program with C++ object-oriented ideas.According to the station floor plan,the access interlock table and the storage data of each object,the development of the operation interface is finally realized.In the hardware design part,first set up the sand table,arrange the signal equipment,complete the overall layout of the station;then use Altium Designer software to design the circuit to complete the control of the signal equipment,including: switch relay relay control module,switch monitoring module,signal The machine control module and the track circuit monitoring module;finally define the serial communication protocol,the upper computer sends the command through the lower position machine,the sandbox device performs the action and feedbacks the action result,and finally completes the design of the whole training system.The computer interlocking training system can not only realize the operation of the computer interlocking system,but also realize the control of the signal machine,the switch,the switch machine and the track circuit,so that the sand table can be operated,which has very profound teaching significance.The application system of the training system is very broad,and can be used for pre-job training of railway workers,teaching simulation of railway-related majors,and internships in school students,which can significantly improve the teaching efficiency of teachers and the professional skills of students.
