| In recent years,infrastructure construction is greatly developed in our country.Expressway construction project has also developed rapidly.Expressway construction is a large project with high risk.Insurance companies do a good job of preventing disasters and reducing damages that not only can improve their market competitiveness but also reduce the loss of policyholders after insuring construction all risks.This thesis introduced the extension set theory into the prevention system.The level and intensity of prevention scheme was determined according to risk level and degree of controllability.The specific process is as follows:First of all,the risk factors of each expressway construction unit and the coverage of construction all risks insurance was analyzed by using WBS-RBS,the common types of accidents in the process of expressway construction were identified,and each type of accident was analyzed.Next,the indexes which affect each type of accident were confirmed according to the highway design standards and related statistics,and the risk level and controllability degree was identified through the use of extension set theory and matter-element theory.Finally,insurance company can take action to the prevention scheme in the line with the risk level as well as the controllability degree.The current situation of risk and the intensity of the prevention scheme was judged quantitatively by two powerful tools which included risk ranking and controllability degree.The establishment of the prevention system has improved its implementation level and the accuracy of strength.This system can greatly avoid and reduce the harm caused by expressway construction.In addition,it can also reduce even avoid unnecessary losses and waste of human and material. |
