Research On Key Safety Risks Identification Of Expressway Maintenance Operation Area Based On SEM

In the past ten years,my country’s expressways have developed rapidly.By the end of 2020,my country’s expressway transportation mileage exceeded 160,000 kilometers.With the increasing number of mileage,the responsibility of expressway"maintenance" is also increasing.At the same time,the frequent occurrence of safety accidents in expressway maintenance operation areas has seriously affected the national economic benefits of expressways.From the perspective of operation management,this thesis conducts research on key safety risks in expressway maintenance operation areas,which has theoretical significance for improving safety risk management and practical significance for reducing accident rates in expressway operation areas.Based on the analysis of the current research status of the safety risk in the expressway maintenance operation area at home and abroad,the thesis deeply studies the particularity between the safety risk of the expressway maintenance operation area and the external environment.The related concepts of safety risk and safety risk management are defined,and the specific maintenance content and safety risk management process of expressway maintenance operation area are expounded.On the basis of the collected and consulted literature,169 literatures were screened by the literature research method,and 36 risks related to the safety of the expressway maintenance operation area were preliminarily determined.17 safety risk factors in four categories of management and external environment,and explained the safety risk.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of the external environment,construction operation and management in the expressway maintenance operation area,a structural equation model of the key safety risk in the expressway maintenance operation area is constructed.The model is applied to the research process of key safety risks in a maintenance operation area,and the model is solved.After two revisions,the model path coefficients are normalized,and the safety risks are rated.Finally,the key safety risks are obtained.Risk management and control countermeasures are proposed for each key security risk.This thesis studies the key safety risks in the construction process of the expressway maintenance operation area,determines the safety risk list,studies the relationship between safety risks,and finally obtains the key safety risks,and proposes targeted control countermeasures for expressway.The safety risk management of maintenance operation area provides theoretical basis and guidance.
