Vehicle electronic technology innovation represents the forefront of technological innovation in the automotive industry,and the more high-end automotive electronic control system is more complex,the proportion of automotive electronic systems accounted for the proportion of the vehicle is also getting higher and higher.With the increasing of automotive electronic systems suppliers number,the complexity of the system is also growing.Different vendors have their own solutions,which reduces the compatibility of different software on the hardware.Software needs to be matched with the corresponding hardware,so this also increases the complexity of the software.This leads to a series of problems,including management inconvenience,poor portability,low efficiency,and so on.In order to solve this problem,global automotive components and semiconductor suppliers jointly launched the automotive open system architecture standard(AUTOSAR),the purpose is to achieve unity on the architectural standards.The world's major automobile manufacturers and parts suppliers have launched a study of AUTOSAR,and they applied the research results to the product controller.In this paper,system modeling is completed and AUTOSAR standard code is generated with using MATLAB/Simulink,and it is applied in the software development of at electronic control system.In this paper,the AUTOSAR specification has been studied,which is based on the definition of the AUTOSAR organization,the composition of the architecture,the methodology and the AUTOSAR interface.In accordance with the software development methods and processes the AUTOSAR specification,the application layer software components of the AT control system were redesigned.The hardware of the automatic transmission control system is studied,including the sensor,the TCU hardware to the actuator solenoid valve and the control algorithm.The correspondence between Simulink and AUTOSAR is clarified and starting from the Simulink AUTOSAR software development process is identified.Through analyzing the working principle of AT control system and According to AUTOSAR specification,the software architecture of the control system is built and the software component is divided in the SIMULINK environment on MATLAB.The software components include signal acquisition,processing module,control components,actuator and the application layer component.The behavior modeling of the running entities contained in each software component is completed.The control strategy of automatic transmission is studied.The simulation model of automobile transmission system and the control strategy of shift strategy are built using MATLAB,and it was used for the real vehicle inspection.The type of the software port is defined,the data type is determined and the code is generated.Then,the generated code is tested for reliability,security and real-time performance.Finally,ECU configuration was carried out.The experimental results show that the application layer software can achieve the expected function of automatic transmission ECU.It can control the transmission,engine and vehicle.And the control strategy can meet the requirements of vehicle dynamic performance and fuel economy.Thus it can be seen that system software conforms to AUTOSAR architecture and the interface between components conforms to the AUTOSAR specification in the ECU Application layer software.The method of complex driver encapsulation can realize the separation of application software and hardware.In the development process,we can realize the parallel development of software and hardware.The development efficiency of the system is improved.The communication between application layer and basic layer software can be realized by RTE.The portability and compatibility of the software have been improved.
