Nowadays,the scale of colleges and universities in our country is expanding and the logistics management of colleges and universities is becoming more and more socialized.On the university campus planning and decision-making,design and construction and later put into use after the issue of the theoretical research of correlation analysis is also increasing;research space of university business services has become more and more important research topics.In this paper,based on the investigation and evaluation of the use of the commercial service space of the colleges and universities,and the evaluation of the main body of the evaluation,this paper takes the evaluation object as the research object.In order to fundamentally improve the quality of campus space in commercial buildings,this paper use theoretical evaluation(Post-Occupancy Evaluation,referred to as POE),from the user perspective,to evaluate the actual use of campus commercial buildings,and the evaluation of information feedback to the actual operation,people-oriented,to truly improve the quality of the square space.In this paper,based on the domestic and foreign related research and basic data collection,this paper selects three representative universities in Hefei to study the use of commercial space.Collect large amounts of data through the method of user observation,questionnaires and random interviews,using the analytic hierarchy process(The Analytic Hierarchy Process,referred to as AHP)to calculate the score of satisfaction of the three universities campus commercial construction value.Finally,on the basis of the above research results,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of the campus commercial service space,and provides the reference for the following types of planning and design.The thesis can be divided into four parts:The first part(the first chapter)introduces the background of the research,the significance and purpose of the research,the research object,and briefly reviews the domestic and foreign research status of the commercial service space and POE method;The second part(Chapter 2~3)deals with the concept and the development model of university business service space,the consumption characteristics of college students,and the construction of the post evaluation of commercial service space in Colleges and universities;The third part(Chapter 4~5)evaluation system according to the use of the construction section,commercial service space of three campuses were comprehensive evaluation grading,to draw the design strategy,and the Anhui University campus commercial space dragon river service situation and layout analysis,and puts forward the optimization scheme;The fourth part summarizes the whole paper,puts forward the shortcomings of the paper and looks forward to the future.
