In recent years,with the rapid development of the construction and decoration industry in China,the market scale of the decoration industry is expanding rapidly.Behind the exponential growth of output value is the ferment of the industry problems,such as the confusion of market subjects,the lack of access standards,the lack of standardization of practices and the frequent management disputes.A comprehensive and objective evaluation of the service capability of decoration enterprises is conducive to build a comprehensive understanding of their own development status,build a correct formulation of scientific marketing methods and modern management methods,and laying a theoretical and data foundation for the healthy and orderly development of the decoration industry.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to establish a set of evaluation index system and evaluation method that can objectively evaluate the service capability of home decoration enterprises.In the previous literature,the evaluation study on service ability is mainly applied to the traditional service industry.While there was lack of standard and thorough evaluation index system for the service competitiveness evaluation of the modern domestic decoration industry.Therefore,this paper started from the service capability theory and consumers were taken as the research object to construct the service capability weight index system of house decoration enterprises,so as to provide a direction for the development of domestic decoration enterprises.First of all,this paper defined the connotation of domestic outfit enterprise service ability,and combined with present situation and existing problems of the decoration service industry market to design market survey questionnaire.Market survey data were collected and processed,with the aid of SPSS software,the service ability index subdivided into:pre-sale service ability,sale service,after-sales service.The secondary index was subdivided out of a total of 66 tertiary indicators.Through factor analysis and correlation analysis,the weight of each indicator index could be determined,so as to complete the construction of the evaluation index system of domestic decoration enterprise service ability.Secondly,on the basis of the weight structure of the established indicator system,this paper conducted statistics on the domestic decoration enterprises in Z city.Selected two decoration companies which with the largest sample proportion,and calculated the service capability evaluation scores and total evaluation scores of the two sample enterprises at all levels.Through a comparative study on the service capabilities of the two enterprises,the feasibility of the evaluation model was tested,and the targeted improvement direction and measures were proposed for the sample enterprises.In general,whether enterprise development has become a considerable degree of maturity,or decoration of new emerging enterprises.It is important to improve and perfect standardized management structure of enterprise,constantly update and develop talent resources.It is equally important to take into account the improvement of management standard of the on-site operation supervision and humanized service quality.Constantly stabilize the position of enterprises in the domestic decoration market.
