The Planning Research Of City Shared Streets In The Concept Of Healthy City

Compared to the capillaries of a city,streets are an indispensible part of the city space.With the rapid economic development under the reform and opening policy in China,the streets in most cities have a higher level of urbanization,which leads to the rapid growth of motor vehicles in cities.hen follow a series of problems in the streets,such as traffic congestions,environmental degradation,fractures of city contexts,and so on.As the significant place for outdoor activities,the issues of street form,traffic organization,function partitioning,coexistence of pedestrian and vehicles are highly focused by researchers within the topic of urban street.On the other hand,the unclear street traffic organization,the mono-divided street space,and the increasing contradiction between vehicles and pedestrians in the streets make it particularly necessary and important to have a research on the planning of shared streets in cities.Focused on the theme of "shared streets and healthy cities",with the combination with the investigation of the streets in Hefei City,this paper will have a research and discussion from the following aspects:In theory,based on the development of theories and summing up of the examples about healthy city and shared streets at home and abroad,this paper will have an analysis of what is the healthy city from the social and public expectations by using the constituent elements of city streets and woonerf and theories about peaceful streets,inclusive streets and green Streets.Then,the research and analysis on the status quo and problems of shared streets in the domestic cities will be conducted,such as the comfortability of pedestrian and the using efficiency of street,the accessibility and movability of pedestrian and vehicle,the security of pedestrian and the service of facility,the support of the attraction of street to pedestrian,and so on.In practice,taking the street space of Hefei city as the object,the author will conduct a field research through the questionnaire survey,action observation and content analysis.From the obtained data,the paper will also draw the influential factors from the analyses and comparison,sum up the existing problems of city streets in Hefei and then propose the “shared Street” solutions.As to the construction planning,combined the guidance of professional theory with the analysis of the field research,the author puts forward the development goal and suggestions on shared streets in cities.After generalizing the constituent factors,like the object of the shared streets,the subject,and the street landscape space of the physical environment,this paper proposes the spatialenvironment construction of shared streets and spatial planning and design of shared streets,then puts forward the planning strategies such as the achievability,comfort,particularity and security of shared street space and so on,and finally proposes the idea of constructing shared city streets,quantitative analysis was carried out on the streets of the city and the needs of people.About the evaluating method,based on the requirements and analyses of characteristics of shared streets,evaluation indexes of shared Street factors,environment evaluation parameters of constructing shared city street space,this paper proposes the optimization of the overall structure of the city street space.Under the premise of sustainable development,following the concept of“healthy city" and "people-orientation",this paper puts forward the construction measures and guarantee strategies of shared city streets.
