In the context of rapid urbanization,the potential health threats caused by urban environmental degradation and work and life pressure have gradually become prominent.With the outbreak of the COVID-19,public health issues and healthy city construction have again aroused widespread concern in society.As the most accessible type of park and green space in a city,pocket parks have the closest relationship with the daily life of the public,and bear the important responsibility of improving the urban environment,enriching the connotation of life,and improving the level of health.With the advent of the era of urban renewal and stock planning development,pocket parks with small scale and flexible layout have become an important part of improving the construction level of healthy cities.At the same time,in recent years,China has begun to advocate the popularization of pocket park construction nationwide,which will effectively promote its overall improvement in quantity and quality.How to promote the health benefits of pocket parks through urban planning and design remains to be further explored.This thesis is based on a systematic review of current theories and practices related to healthy cities and pocket parks in the country and abroad,in conclusion,this thesis has shown that the impact of export pocket parks on healthy city building operates primarily at two levels:the healthy environment and the healthy population.Based on the empirical research results of 13 plots in Beijing and Nanjing,as well as relevant theoretical research in the country and abroad,this thesis explores the correlation between the spatial elements of pocket parks and the construction elements of healthy cities from six dimensions: ecological health,safety and health,landscape health,physical health,mental health,and social health.By integrating the above research results,this thesis systematically sorts out the impact paths and direct and indirect factors of pocket parks on the construction of healthy cities,and summarizes the impact mechanism of export bag parks on health benefits.Based on the above research,this thesis explores the construction strategies of pocket parks from the perspective of healthy cities from both planning and design levels.At the planning level,this thesis points out that the site selection conditions,type division,and planning layout of pocket park should be scientifically controlled on the basis of following the four basic planning principles of environmental equity,systematic planning,adaptation to local conditions,and continuation of characteristics,and the planning layout strategy of pocket park beneficial to healthy urban construction should be proposed from the four perspectives of service radius,healthy environment,function system,and slow traffic.At the design level,this thesis focuses on the discussion from three levels of design principles,design essentials and design strategies,and proposes four design principles of unified style,safety and health,economic applicability,and ecological suitability.It also proposes landscape design strategies that can promote health by combining the five design elements of pocket park space boundary,garden road square,public facilities,water landscape,and plant landscape.Finally,this thesis returns to the practical issues faced in the planning,design,and practice of urban pocket parks,and takes the West City of Linyi as an example to verify the practicality of the aforementioned pocket park health planning and design strategies in practice.Given the structural features of urban land use and the current state of green space systems,this thesis aims to create a pocket park system with strong adaptability from the perspective of park distribution and type,and explores specific design strategies for different types of pocket parks. |
