Western China is a frequent area of geological disasters,of which landslides,landslides and landslides are the most common road disasters.With the construction of mountainous highways and the rapid growth of traffic flow,the frequency of road emergency accidents has been increasing year by year.Especially,the disasters caused by the instability of highway slopes have caused great damage.The normal situation to block traffic,while a serious situation the people's lives and property to bring a serious threat.Therefore,how to effectively carry out emergency logistics management in the face of highway slope disaster,and strive to restore highway traffic in the shortest time while minimizing the loss of people's lives and property has become an important research topic.Based on the analysis of emergency logistics status at home and abroad,this paper uses the idea of the Minimum time maximum flow to plan the emergency logistics dispatching path,and analyzes the emergency logistics management system and the demand analysis.Detailed system design,research and development of an effective emergency logistics management system,and strive to solve emergency logistics management issues caused by the highway slope disaster,and as far as possible to reduce the impact and loss caused by highway slope disaster.The thesis mainly studies from the following aspects:(1)Summarize the domestic and international research status of emergency logistics,analyzes the existing problems of emergency logistics in China,and puts forward the feasibility of constructing emergency logistics management system for highway slope disaster analysis.(2)Put forward the structure of emergency logistics management organization of highway slope disaster with the participation of the third party logistics enterprises,analyzes the demand of the emergency logistics management system facing the highway slope disaster,determines the direction of the system demand,defines the boundary of the system and the operation of emergency logistics Stage.(3)The framework,function and plan of emergency logistics management system for highway slope disaster are designed.The system functions can be divided into emergency command management,emergency material management and emergency information management,so as to meet the requirement of highway slope emergency logistics management and command.(4)According to the theory and algorithm of maximum flow and the shortest path,combined with the characteristics of emergency logistics,discusses the impact of highway slope disasters on road traffic,by analyzing the relationship between traffic flow and time,the occurrence of blocking the road caused by slope disaster of highway,and road risk of emergency logistics during transportation.In the shortest time to transport the most emergency supplies to the target method,the shortest time for the largest flow by the modeling and analysis of emergency logistics scheduling path.(5)Finally,according to the requirements of emergency response,emergency work stage and highway slope disaster level plan,the dataflow,business flow and database of emergency logistics management system for highway slope disaster are designed.The system is developed by using vb.net and SQL,and the function requirements of the system are realized.
