| With the characteristics of technology-intensive,capital-intensive and labor-intensive,the deep sea semi-submersible drilling units are integrated products of contemporary technology and developing industrial.With the development of the drilling units,the size and weight increase very fast.How to shorten the production cycle,improve shipbuilding capacity and achieve the profit maximization are the important issues which affect the survival and development of shipyard.The modular construction technology of drilling unit in China is still in a backward stage.Therefore,by studying and improving the foreign modular construction technology,the enterprise design cost can be effectively reduced and the production efficiency can be significant improved.Then,the enterprise can get dominant position in the complex and competitive market.Deeply analysis and research of modern shipbuilding mode,is special significance for our shipyard to improve production efficiency and shipbuilding capacity.As the research of the modular construction technology,we selected the deep sea semi-submersible drilling unit "D90"as the main research ship type.This paper mainly includes the following contents:1)Research about the principles of module division,the types of modules,and its premise request.2)Analyze the modular deigning flows,set up the basic database and 3D models.Analyze designing methods of the typical modules and its effects.3)Analysis the bulkhead after opening the outfitting holes,to demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of the strengthen methods.4)Analysis the strength of D90’s deckbox module by using the feasibilityanalysis software,to verify the feasibility of the large-module building.According to the module division,the typical modules’ design and the strength analysis of D90’s deckbox module,this paper certified that it is feasibility by modular designing and large-block erection,which has certain significant for the future modular design and construction of drilling units. |
