Research On Logistics Optimization Of Ship Block Manufacturing Of DY Company

Since 2008,the global economy has continued to slump,and international shipping has entered a recession.Shipbuilding is a typical order production.The sharp decline in the number of orders led to the collapse of many shipyards before the economic crisis.The surviving shipyards have transformed the production mode to reduce production costs,increase production efficiency and enhance their market competitiveness.Due to the continuous rise of labor costs and the rise of steel plate prices,how to profit from the production logistics of the third profit source of enterprises has become a problem that should be considered by current shipbuilding enterprises.First of all,from the shipbuilding group technology,the paper sets up a shipbuilding group technology system,reviews the evolution of shipbuilding mode,compares the management characteristics and key technologies of traditional shipbuilding mode and modern shipbuilding mode,and reveals the integration of modern shipbuilding mode production,management integration and shell outfitting and painting.Then,the shipbuilding process of DY company was combed through shipbuilding group technology.Through quantitative research method,the procurement of raw materials from bulk steel,oil tankers and container ships from DY company's products was selected as the research object.For this research object,the literature research method is used to study the documents from the origin of modern shipbuilding mode to the twenty years' intelligent construction of ship assembly and construction,so as to understand the logistics situation of shipbuilding enterprises both at home and abroad.After that,we use program analysis method to analyze the logistics status of ship segmented manufacturing one by one,and find out some logistics problems that restrict the development of DY company.On the basis of these problems,we use MECE method to conclude 11 core reasons for these problems.In view of these reasons,based on the related papers in reference research and the quantitative research method,this paper discusses the rational allocation of resources in the production process of shipbuilding enterprises,and puts forward the corresponding optimization plan.Finally,from the three directions of reengineering the operation process,updating the related standards and optimizing the layout of the site,it will be followed by the original material logistics,parts logistics,component logistics and segmented logistics.The four stage has formulated the logistics optimization plan,and has carried on the plan implementation.In the shipbuilding segment manufacturing enterprises,the introduction of advanced logistics management mode,you can make the ship section optimized manufacturing processes,reducing the waiting time of materials,improve equipment utilization,make more rational allocation of resources and efficient shipyard,which has a certain practical reference value and theoretical significance of shipbuilding enterprise transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing process and ship section of logistics management.
