Since the 1980 s,the development of global economy has started to enter the globalization.China as the world's largest trade import and export country plays an important role in the world economy.Speaking of the trade transportation,container shipping which has occupied more than 80% of the amount of the total transportation is one of the most important parts.The sea transportation is the most important way of container shipping,and it is also the main mode of transportation of import and export trade.During the time of world economic integration,China as a big trading nation,the status of sea container transportation has became more prominent and important.The main focus which many scholars pay attention to of the sea container transportation is the efficiency.The efficiency of sea transportation largely depends on the loading efficiency of container ships.In other words,the advantage and disadvantage of loading programs have directly influence on the time and economy of the transportation,and even threaten the safety of the transportation.Therefore,in order to make the best use of the ship 's transport performance,and making sure the based safety of ship navigation and the based transport performance,how to make a good stowage plan becomes more important.For the entire container shipping transportation,the efficiency of the port operation and even the entire trade business,it is of the important application significance and economic value.On the basis of summary of the relevant domestic and foreign literature related to container ships,attempting to consider the ship safety factors and the container position constraints on the ship from the perspective of the whole container shipping line.The minimum of the ship's transverse and longitudinal weight difference and the stacking difference between adjacent containers as the evaluation index of the loadingscheme.The optimal loading strategy is ensured while minimizing the flipping rate,and the optimization model of the whole container loading is established.Talking about the solvement of the stowage model,a swarm intelligence algorithm-artificial fish swarm algorithm is introduced in this paper.The optimization algorithm of the Container ship Stowage problem is designed by AFSA.
