| In recent decades,construction of hydropower development in China has been into high-speed development period,and the hydropower station operation and management are taken seriously.The cooperating operation of hydropower stations can make full use of water resources,improve the utilization ratio of water resources,increase operation efficiency.In the cooperating operation joint operation of reservoirs,The compound reservoirs is intricate,but is more meaningful than a single.This paper summarizes the research progress in China and abroad about the reservoir scheduling,the joint scheduling problem and reservoir scheduling method has carried on the summary and analysis.The Songjianghe cascade hydropower stations are as the object of study,the hydropower station operation are research and analyzed.Based on the problems and shortcomings in the actual operation,this paper respectively uses conventional scheduling method and dynamic programming algorithm to carry out joint design.Songjianghe cascade hydropower stations are located in fusong County,which are including Songshan reservoir,Xiaoshan hydropower station,Shuanggou hydropower station and Shilong station.The total generating capacity of design is 8.369×108k W·h,and the firm capacity is 58.6MW.Songjianghe cascade hydropower stations failed to meet the design effect in practice,so,it analysises the practical operation detailedly and designs the joint operation,the following key results achieved:1.It analysized the problems existing in the course of operating mode based on the investigation of the operation status about the songjianghe cascade hydropower stations.After all the hydropower station run,the average annual total generating capacity is 9.591×108kW·h and the firm capacity is 32.6MW.The actual total generating capacity reduced 1.3% than design and the actual firm capacity less than half of design,except the factor of runoff.2.It could make the generating capacity increase 2.56% and make the firm capacity increase 90.5% than actual operation by making Songjianghe cascade hydropower stations operation graph and various scheduled programmes,which is based on summary in Songjianghe cascade hydropower stations average runoff data and analysis of its operation.Also,the operation efficiency of Songjianghe cascade hydropower stations are effectively improved.3.Songjianghe cascade hydropower stations operation optimization model is established,and Songjianghe cascade hydropower stations are made cooperating operation by using dynamic programming algorithm,it made the generating capacity increase 0.79% and made the firm capacity increase 86.4% than actual operation,the existing operation modes were improved.4.For the cascade hydropower stations which existed extensive management operation,the water supply capacity and power security level are improved and th e science of management operation on the cascade hydropower stations is improved by the non-engineering measures including the regular schedule or the optimal operation. |
