Design And Implementation Of Training And Simulation Platform For Decentralized Autonomous Dispatching Centralized System (CTC)

The decentralized self-discipline dispatching centralized system(CTC system for short)is the central system of railway transportation dispatching and command system.It first combines advanced modern computer science technology and communication technology to achieve centralized and unified dispatching and command of trains.In the daily system operation process,the author conducted a survey and research on the modern railway transportation system,and conducted an investigation on the electric power personnel of the CTC control center of Nanchang Railway B au and the train dispatcher of the dispatching command center,and applied the current CTC system.The status quo analysis was carried out.It is found that with the construction and opening of China's high-speed railway,the matching of high-tech and high-tech talents and the matching of highly skilled personnel are becoming more and more scarce,especially the training and education needs of grassroots employees are further improved.Therefore,the railway department urgently needs to strengthen the practical skills training of employees,increase the intensity of training talents,and it is necessary to develop a simulation training platform for the practical skills training of CTC systems.Therefore,the implementation of CTC system training and simulation platform has important reality.Meaning and practical value.This paper focuses on three aspects of research design.The first is to analyze the current international and domestic CTC system technical characteristics,and conduct research and research on the electric power maintenance personnel and the dispatching center dispatcher to further understand the design requirements of the CTC system in training and education.The second is to study the struct of the CTC system that is being used in large quantities in China,to analyze the feasibility of the specific functions realized,and to design the operation diagram,the access control,the dispatching command release and related interfaces.The third is through the CTC training system hardware configuration requirements,software functional environment,in-depth demonstration,and ultimately achieve the desired goals.In the last part of the article,summarize the actual effects of the system and look into the future research direction.
