The Decentralized Autonomous Centralized Traffic Control (CTC) system is synthesized the computer technology, network communication technology and the modern control technology, used the intellectualized dispersion autonomy the principle of design, take the train movement adjustment plan control as the center, gave dual attention to the train and the shunting service high automation dispatch control system.The Decentralized Autonomous Centralized Traffic Control system is our country railway informationization construction important component, simultaneously is also the railroad electricity service department leap frog development primary coverage.At present, our country has entered the Decentralized Autonomous System's application and gradually the optimizing phase, the function consummation or the optimization enormously will greatly promote the development and application of the system level.The paper introduced briefly the new generation CTC gross structure and the function, various subsystems' function and the data flow, and has made the key introduction to the station system of the CTC. The paper analyzed the station system of self decentralized control flow, has mainly studied the decentralized autonomy centralized traffic control station system work process, the technical operations of trains and the shunting service coordinated question, and established the mathematical model to the station working section and the admission passage level to conduct the analytical study separately.Thesis work included the establishment of queuing theory mathematical models and used queuing theory into the way search algorithms to analysis of the current CTC in the station, shunting operations and coordination of the conflict, thereby enhancing the Decentralized Autonomous station operating efficiency. The simulation part mainly completes the station system through the network service connecting with the control center subsystem, receiving phase data and timely feedback; Real-time display and update that information within the station; Research the CTC station system's core question:train work and shunting service conflict coordinated question, and transmission the route search results by the admission road establishment order form for the interlocking plant. In addition also completed between the transparent display stations, manual handling train shunting route and other auxiliary function.Started with the baekground,conception function and the technology condition of dispersive and autonomic CTC, this paper has elaborated on thes tructure, function, flow of data and all the modules of CTC Field Equipment Simulation Subsystem in detail. Mathematical model using queuing theory and the key research analysis for the station work, in discussing the train and the shunting service coordinated question aspect has done positive meaningful work.
