Recently, due to its high speed, large volume, lower energy consumption and high safety, urban rail traffic has become foremost vehicle to relieve the pressure in a lot of large and medium-sized cities. Automatic train supervision system which come from urban rail traffic automatic train control system, shoulder the responsibility of train supervision and train ope-ration. Its main functions include train scheduling and tracking, adjustment and monitoring of run schedules, control and presentation of train route, display and record of alarm informa-tion, simulation and diagnosis of system.Due to commuter time focusing on, too mang visitors lead to parking overtime, and trains or station equipments failure which make trains can not departure and arrival on time. For all those reasons, trains run behind the schedule. Recent, urban railway use control center automatic train supervision system or dispatcher to adjust train running of late trains based on online timetables and late time. Existing adjustment ways can reach the purpose to make late trains running in figure, but they also have some defects. Firstly, it only adjust trains which are distinguished by run chart and run at same direction with run chart. Secondly, it adjusts trains which are late and don’t consider the influence about other trains. Lastly, if control center ATS does not work properly, it can’t adjust trains running on time.The thesis uses autonomous decentralized technology to optimize present ATS. Using decentralized controlability and decentralized coordination of the autonomous decentralized system to realize train running intelligent adjustment base on run chart in the station. Because of decentralized controlability of autonomous decentralized system, via to obtain run chart on time from control centre ATS and obtain train running information from equipments which are next to the track, decentralized subsystem make internal calculation to realize single train running adjustment in the every station, and need not adjustment information which come from control centre. So that trains can running sequential and efficient if CATS breakdown. Because of decentralized coordination of the autonomous decentralized system, it is possible to adjust other trains which are in the late train influence basin, make lesser influence basin and recover normal running in shorter time.The thesis which combines with real line conditions and train running condition, using model to replay entity, has a discussion about autonomous decentralized system construction, decentralized subsystems communication and decentralized subsystems to realize intelligence algorithms of train running adjustment by themselves. Finally, LABVIEW and MATLAB are used to verify the cooperation of decentralized subsystems and optimization results, by the software way. Simulation results show that over a period of time, the cumulative value of the train was delayed time significantly smaller than the existing adjustment of ATS. It demonstr- ate that the capacity is more better to adjust the train running base on autonomous decentrali-zed technology than ATS subsystem.
