With the rapid growth of national economy,people pay more and more attention to environmental protection.Domestic garbage treatment is particularly important.It is necessary to transport and dispose of various kinds of domestic garbage quickly and efficiently.Detachable container garbage truck is an efficient and convenient garbage transport vehicle as it could easy to realize garbage collection and carrying function.Recently,competition goes increasingly fierce in the sanitation market,and the sanitation vehicles with high cost-effective are favored by the customers,therefore,the environmental sanitation manufacturers compete to develop suitable and cost-effective sanitation vehicles.Against this background,the light detachable container garbage truck is selected as the research object in our study.Competitive advantages of the proposed light detachable container garbage truck in the market are improved by designing a new type of hooklift and decreasing the cost of materials and maintenance.The main contributions of this thesis are listed as follows:(1)According to the design targets,the chassis system is selected,and the vehicle layout and the structural components of the hooklift are designed,moreover,the vehicle power and safety analysis are discussed.(2)The dynamic simulation analysis result s of the hooklift mounted on the vehicle are obtained from the ADAMS software,and the dangerous conditions of various structural components are provided by the dynamic simulation analysis.(3)The UG software is applied into building 3D model of the structural part.By using the ANSYS workbench software to realize the finite element transient analysis of hooklift,And summarize the dangerous parts of each structural part.The development of this vehicle provides a reference for the development of this kind of vehicle.In this paper,the virtual prototype technology of UG,ADAMS,and ANSYS workbench can not only provide the reference for the development of the detachable container garbage truck,but also accelerate the development speed of the product,reduce the risk of product development,and i mprove the product quality of the detachable container garbage truck.After testing the prototype truck,the performance indexes meet the design requirements.At the same time,because of the special structure design of the vehicle,the cost is lower than that of the conventional vehicle in the market,and it has the advantage of price.At present,the vehicle has been produced and sold more than 300 units,which has been recognized by customers.
