The conventional 5180ZYS urban reloading compression garbage truck with a loading capacity of 12 m3 is used as the prototype of this paper.Compressed garbage truck in contrast city with different kinds of working condition,for the rural garbage composition is complex and the use of the problem of overload,adopt the method of theory and test,determine the rural with garbage compression of extreme condition of car development situation,the rural garbage trucks in the design and development of appropriate use of the finite element checking and optimization of load conditions,A garbage compression truck suitable for rural use is designed,and the rationality of the structure design and development is verified by the stress test results,which provides a technical support for the structure development of the rural rear-loading garbage truck.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analysis of garbage compression characteristics and determination of boundary conditions in extreme road conditionsFor the load of garbage compression,it is suitable to adopt the method of combining theory with practice,determine the calculation formula of expansion force that is suitable for the extrusion of rural garbage,analyze the stress of each component of the upper structure under the extreme compression condition of garbage,and determine the calculation method of the stress of each component.For the full load limit condition,the acceleration sensor and other equipment are used to measure the acceleration of the full load vehicle in the transverse,longitudinal and numerical directions under bumps,turns,emergency stops and other road conditions,providing a basis for the subsequent calculation of the overall structure.(2)Finite element calculation and structural optimization of the loading of the compressed garbage truckBased on the boundary conditions under extreme working conditions,the ANSYS Workbench is used to establish the finite element calculation model of the upper structure and analyze the stress distribution of the structure under extreme working conditions.Based on the finite element calculation results,the structure is strengthened with less weight gain and change,and the optimized structure is calculated.The structural strength meets the product design requirements.(3)Test verification and analysis of key partsThe stress test was carried out on the key parts of the real vehicle,and the stress state of the strengthened structure and the response characteristics of the structure under extreme load were obtained.While the accuracy of the finite element model calculation and the effectiveness of the optimization scheme were effectively verified,the compression mechanical response characteristics of the whole compression process of the garbage truck were further qualitatively clarified.
