Rural B&B Environment Evaluation And Design Based On Dynamic Experience Demand

Along with the rapid development of urbanization,the city came to the work and life of the rapid growth of the population,people enjoy the modern life at the same time,also suffering from traffic congestion,environmental degradation,increased pressure and many other city problems.People began to miss the rural life,recover the original simplicity and beautiful scenery,fresh air and the unique charm of the traditional culture,country houses came into being and developed rapidly.It is not only to meet people's yearning for rural life,but also because of its strong experience,diverse forms and other characteristics,by young people's favorite.At the same time,to promote rural surplus labor force in rural employment,increase the income of farmers.Therefore as an important part of the development of rural tourism,also attention at all levels of government.Although rural pension is now developing rapidly,but the pattern in China started late,development is not mature,especially there are still many problems of environmental planning and design.This paper aims to construct the dynamic experience demand of rural B&B environment evaluation system based on comprehensive evaluation of home environment,and the evaluation results were analyzed,explore the method and mode of rural B&B environment design dynamic experience based on the needs of tourists,the planning and design of the hostel environment to provide the theoretical support for the.The first chapter expounds the research background,purpose and significance,summarizes the research progress in the management and operation of domestic and foreign,development planning,environmental design,summarizes the research content,research methods and research ideas.The second chapter defines the concept,summarizes the rural B&B structure and type of rural pension system;the connotation of dynamic experience needs are described,the hierarchical structure types are summarized;the research scope and type B & B environment are analyzed;and through the study of domestic and foreignrepresentative country B&B case.Analyze and summarize its advantages and disadvantages.The third chapter is the dynamic experience demand of rural B&B environment evaluation based on.First introduced the principle and basis of evaluation,and then discusses the steps of evaluation methods: using network questionnaire,using grounded categorization method in the theory of determining the evaluation index,constructing the hierarchical structure model;use AHP to determine the weight of each index using fuzzy evaluation method;fuzzy transformation,finally established the comprehensive evaluation rural pension system based on dynamic environment experience demand.The fourth chapter is the rural B&B environment design based on the demand of dynamic experience.To investigate the effect of dynamic experience demand for environmental design,analyzes the elements of folk environmental design based on the demand of dynamic experience,based on the established method and mode of folk environmental design dynamic experience based on demand.In the fifth chapter,the domain name mouth village of Qingdao city as an example,through the questionnaire method to obtain the degree of membership,the use of a comprehensive evaluation system has been constructed for the comprehensive evaluation of the village home environment,and a comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results,according to the comprehensive evaluation results,analysis of the village environmental design elements,from three levels of macro scale meso scale and micro scale of rural B&B environment design.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text,summarizes the main conclusions of this paper,analyzes the innovation points and deficiencies,and prospects for the future research work.
