Whether natural light can be efficiently applied is of great significance to energy saving in public buildings.As an important space for people to improve their quality of life,exhibition space has a self-evident significance in the research of natural lighting.Window is an important factor affecting the quality of natural lighting,including orientation,area,shape,location and so on.Traditional research on natural light environment in space is mainly based on static natural light evaluation index in public space.Lacking of research on visitors’ own comfort,coupled with the limitations of traditional static natural light environment evaluation indicators,can not effectively reflect the true changes of natural light throughout the year,so it can not play a greater role in the effective natural light of exhibition space.Therefore,this study synthetically applies the subjective data of spatial experience and the physical parameters of dynamic evaluation index to the evaluation and analysis of natural lighting in exhibition space,and explores how to design systematically.The first of all,this paper investigates the natural lighting situation of existing exhibition space,summarizes the defects of its light environment design,and puts forward the research problems of natural lighting environment of exhibition space based on space experience.The traditional static natural light environment evaluation criteria,annual dynamic natural light environment evaluation criteria and foreign advanced static and dynamic light environment simulation software are compared in detail.In addition,field measurement experiments show that the Daysim and its evaluation indicators have high applicability.Then,according to the survey data,the standard exhibition space model is established,and different window opening modes,window area and window size are designed for different exhibition space.The spatial perception of visitors is quantified by means of semantic difference method,and the first three factors affecting the subjective perception of visitors are obtained by factor analysis method.Then,Daysim software is used to simulate and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each working condition in four directions.Finally,in order to verify the applicability of this method,this paper takes the actual project of Li Baoguo Memorial Hall in Xingtai City,Hebei Province as an example.The effects of different window opening modes and window opening area on visitors’ subjectiveexperience and physical parameters of natural light environment were verified.It is concluded that this method can be applied to the natural light environment design of exhibition buildings to guide designers in window shape design and interior layout planning.The multi-objective optimization design method is applied to the design of exhibition natural light environment.The visitors’ perception of space is combined with the physical parameters obtained by the simulation experiment of the annual dynamic natural lighting software.The window design and exhibit layout of exhibition space can maximize the indoor natural light environment.
