The EMC Simulation And Design Technology For Rf Integration System

More and moreelectronic information equipment are integrated in armored platform,such as GPS,Beidou satellite navigation,infrared control system,visualization system,information terminal,radio station,and so on.The battle field electromagnetic environment has become very complex at the same time,and the signal frequency ranged for 10 kHz ~40GHz.The electromagnetic interference have not been fully considered in the past design of armored platform,this will lead to serious EMC problem in the approval test multi-antenna system layout design and optimization is a very important process of solving the EMC problem in the armored platform,if this problem is researched in the early design and some EMC problems are exposed earlier,the design requirements and technical index can be reached.This paper introduces the basic functions and main components about RF-synthesized sensor system in the armored platform,the key techniques involve facilitating spectrum planning,spectrum resource multiplexing,RF-integrated detection,RF-integrated broadband network,etc.The key equipment include wave guide array antenna,phased array antenna,composite aperture antenna,satellite communication antenna,etc.The operation and features of five antennas are introduced,the EMC simulation model are set up in armored platform,geometry model?mathematic model and computer simulation are completed among many different type of antennas,the two different effective multi-antenna system layout scheme are put forward base on the computer simulation.By comparing between the benefit balance,are liable multi-antenna system layout method to this problem is obtained in the armored platform.Both of test project about safety margins of EMR and self compatibility for system have been accomplished in semi-anechoic chamber according to GJB1389A-2005(EMC requirements for systems).The RF-integrated system is still in full working order in the test process.The facts proved multi-antenna system layout optimize scheme play a major role in EMC for RF-integrated system.
