The hitch is a critical part of the walking system of tracked armored vehicles, The studyof different external stimuli and internal changes in the parameters of the suspension system,its structure improvement and the enhancement of the overall performance are of greatsignificance. Based on this, the main study tracked armored vehicle applications more torsionbar suspension and pneumatic suspension.Suspension system for a particular model tracked armored vehicles, as a reference toestablish a nonlinear mathematical model of the pneumatic suspension, different speeds,different pavement level of incentives as input variables using MATLAB simulation analysisand research in different inspired suspension cylinder piston rod output force anddisplacement and velocity.Establish a mathematical model of the pneumatic suspension stiffness and damping,research suspension orifice flow area, the change of the cylinder inside diameter, the initialinflation pressure accumulator volume parameters and external excitation parameters of thesuspension system damping force, damping stiffness and the impact of the stiffnesscoefficient. Suspension new variable damper, without change the case of existing oil and gassuspension layout, The pneumatic suspension the Electrohydraulic Servo hydraulic exciter isalso designed, in order to test the durability and reliability of the suspension system.The torsion shaft using UG software to establish a three-dimensional solid model, andthe finite element mesh and add constraints, use of NX Nastran solver from NASA, loadaverage load and impact load, researching in both cases the surface of the torsion shaft stressand displacement, then it is sectioned by the cutting plane, studying the displacement of the internal stress and the end of the torsion shaft portion, the distribution of the internal stressand displacement obvious delamination.In accordance with the common defects in the form of torsion shaft, set round holedefects punctate, transverse cracks, longitudinal cracks in three forms are set and get thebiggest impact with a particular model tracked armored vehicles third gear gravel roadtraveling, quantitative studies of the phenomenon and the stress value of the stressconcentration of the defect by loading simulation and qualitative.
