A Research On The Cost Control Of JS Power Plant Project

As China promotes the process of modernization actively, the intensity of the power system is also gradually increasing. In recent years, power companies face growing pressure of market competition in the course of business, in order to participate in the fierce market competition, the power companies strengthen its cost control and cost management, so as to lay the foundation for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. Since the process of carrying out the project cost control, the lack of a certain lack of practical operation, the standard fuzzy quantification, process monitoring system, evaluation system is imperfect and other defects, resulting in lower electricity cost business process control level, in this case, the power companies can achieve long-term sustainable development, we must put the cause of this phenomenon in-depth analysis, and develop a reasonable solution according to the respective cause of the problem.In this paper, the major project cost control and project cost management theory based on the theory is introduced, with JS plants as the main object, in full knowledge of power system reform related content under the premise of the project cost control status of JS plants were analyzed to find the current JS plant project cost control problems and specific issues of its existence, the corresponding optimization measures for improvement is put forward, so as to provide reference for the cost of the JS Power Plant Project control.
