Research On The Implementation System Of Medical Digital Image Output Based On PACS

Nowadays,to achieve the purpose of building themselves into digital hospitals,medical agencies use medical self-service machines to ease the operating pressure of window services.But the medical imaging department still uses films for storing images,which makes patients wait for a long time before receiving the results.The digital storage of medical images has been conducted under the application of PACS system.In order to improve the work efficiency and construction of digital hospitals,it is necessary to develop self-service devices capable of outputting digital medical images.This thesis is mainly designed mainly on the basis of the mechanical system,control system and the image data transmission system for medical digital image.In the mechanical system,the whole structure of the machine is designed according to the functional requirements and the modularization.In the structural design of transmission mechanism,card-scratching mechanism and rotating card box,the spring lifting mechanism and timing belt transmission mechanism have been designed through theoretical analysis and calculation,making the stable and reliable transmission of cards from card boxes to patients come true.In the control system,the author adopts single-chip control motor,sensors,electromagnets and power to ensure the stable operation of individual modules and the self-test of systems.In the digital system of image transmission,the communication mechanism of DICOM protocol has been analyzed and studied based on the current situation of PACS system at home and abroad,and the scheme of the image transmission system has been put forward.In this thesis,the mechanical system and the control system are designed and researched,and the medical image transmission system is constructed through theoretical analysis.The design of the implementation system follows the development trend of the digital and information-based hospitals.It can improve the medical environment and patients’ satisfaction,while reducing the use of films.
