Research On The Architecture And Structure Model Based On BIM In A Kindergarten Project

With the development of economy,the construction industry has begun to the direction of low energy consumption,low pollution,sustainable development.In the face of the big problems,BIM theory be born at the right moment,building information model can not only improve the efficiency of design,can also decrease engineering cost,shorten the construction time.Although the application of BIM technology in our country is still in its initial stage,but the application of BIM technology has become the development trend of construction is unstoppable.In this dissertation,the theory of BIM produces the background,the development situation of foreign and domestic related research are introduced.BIM standard be generalized.The meaning and value about BIM standards be formulated.The future development prospect of building information model are introduced.In order to make the application of BIM technology to the actual practical engineering design stage,this paper applied Revit software to create a 3 d building model.First build a architecture model for the project.Creating the axis,wall,doors,windows,floors and stairs for the project.Followed creating structural modeling for the project.Adding beam and column for the modeling.Reinforcing beams,plates,columns.Studied how to apply flat method of expression to Revit.The structures in Revit added the flat method of drawing standards in our country.Finally add dimensioning and elevation annotation for drawings.Layout drawing and Set information about the project.To render the view in the Revit and roaming video production.3D model design can create less holes,let the project owner is an intuitive feel for buildings.Finally delivered to the construction units for simulation and engineering quantity of construction work.BIM technology in the design stage and construction stage to do seamlessly.This dissertation created a complete of building information model about kindergarten project.Have a detailed understanding of modeling process.I hope I can help BIM lovers to learn something about it.
